Two wins in the last two races brought Strangford Lough YC’s Roger Chamberlain and Hammy Baker overall victory in the 2012 Southern Championship at Carlingford.
Second place went to Gerry Reilly and Tony Quail, of Strangford SC, with clubmates Brian McKee and Steven Martin very close behind. Top of the small fleet travelling from Dun Laoghaire’s National YC were Dave Mulvin and Ronan Beirne, who came in seventh overall. Full results.
