Which one-design racing class is biggest on the waters of Dublin Bay? The question came up again recently when a couple more Flying Fifteens trundled into the National YC, but it appears that there is some confusion, with some rather odd or perhaps outdated claims to the distinction.
In response, flyingfifteen.ie took a quick trawl through DBSC results lists, to check for numbers of boats entered. Below are the results, which show the Fifteens and Water Wags are top fleets (excluding mixed handicap of White Sails and PY) on 24 each.
