Apthorp and Green take Easts with four wins in five races

Charles Apthorp and Alan Green won the East Coast Championship at County Antrim Yacht Club at the weekend (May 16-17), with four firsts from the five races sailed in challenging winds.

David Gorman and Chris Doorly finished second, with local sailors Bryan McWillis and John McPeake third. 

The next FFAI event is the Northern Championship at Strangford Lough YC on June 13-14.

How the Irish got on at the 2014 Europeans in Port de Pollenca, Mallorca

Crosbie hauliers provided a car transporter to get seven boats from Dublin to Mallorca for the Flying Fifteen European Championships hosted by the Royal Club Nautica De Port Pollenca. This was the third event to be held in this beautiful bay in the last ten years and the second time Crosbie's and their very able driver Declan have helped us get the boats there.
